abstract The invention discloses a kind of preparation method of the super slump retaining agent of polycarboxylic acids, comprise the following steps:(1) unsaturated acid anhydride, compound choline and catalyst are added in reactor and mixed, under nitrogen protection, 6~10h of isothermal reaction at 40~60 DEG C, obtain the first mixture containing esterification products and unreacted unsaturated acid anhydride;(2) will the first mixture, polyether monomer and water mix after stir to being uniformly dissolved, add oxidant, the aqueous solution of reducing agent, unsaturated carboxylic acid ester monomer, unsaturated phosphate ester monomer and molecular weight regulator is added dropwise after 8~12min respectively again, reacted under normal temperature condition, time for adding is 1.0~5.0 hours, continue reaction after completion of dropwise addition 0.5~2.0 hour, obtain copolymerization product;(3) copolymerization product is neutralized with alkali, produces the described super slump retaining agent of polycarboxylic acids.The product of the preparation method synthesis of the present invention improves the later stage function of slump protection of concrete, obtains more preferable workability, is less prone to the phenomenon of hysteresis bleeding, while improves anti-the mud effect and early strength of concrete.
