titleOfInvention Preparation method of high dispersibility MgO-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 material
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a high dispersibility MgO-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 material. The specific steps include: (1) mixing light burned magnesium powder, aluminum oxide and zirconium hypochlorite, firstly conducting high temperature melting firing for 24-50h, then performing rapid cooling to room temperature to obtain MgO-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 eutectic sand; and (2) mixing high purity magnesia, fused magnesia and the MgO-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 eutectic sand, then adding paper pulp waste liquid to perform mixing, then conducting molding and firing sp as to obtain the high dispersibility MgO-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 material. The material has the characteristics of high density, small air permeability and good resistance to copper matte penetration, and is accord with the requirements of key parts in the non-ferrous field for refractory materials.
