Manufacturing method of organic electroluminescence element |
abstract |
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence element. An organic EL element (100) has a transparent electrode (2), an organic functional layer unit (3), and an electrode (6) paired with the transparent electrode (1) in sequence on a transparent substrate (1). In the method of manufacturing an organic EL element (100), it is provided with: the angle perpendicular to the transparent substrate (1) is set to 0°, and the range of the inclination angle of 0 to 80° relative to the transparent substrate (1) is provided. When the chromaticity difference of the reflected color is ΔExy, a step of forming a device precursor satisfying the condition of ΔExy≧0.05; and a step of irradiating light to a predetermined region of the device precursor. |
