The present invention relates to targeting-enhanced anti-cancer nanoparticles and a preparation method thereof. In particular, the present invention provides a targeting-enhanced anticancer nanoparticle comprising a non-covalently bonded anticancer drug, serum albumin as a nanoparticle matrix material, and a porphyrin compound as a tumor targeting moiety. Target-enhanced anticancer nanoparticles described in the present invention are characterized by non-covalently bonded components: anticancer drug, serum albumin as nanoparticle matrix material, and porphyrin compound as tumor targeting moiety, thereby preventing Common toxic side effects were eliminated, the structural stability of nanoparticles was enhanced, and porphyrins were activated by electromagnetic wave treatment to enhance tumor targeting without structural and functional changes. In summary, the present invention provides a chemotherapeutic approach that maximizes drug delivery/tumor targeting, and is expected to successfully treat both early and advanced cancers. |
