titleOfInvention | Production process of burr fabric |
abstract | The invention discloses a production process of burr fabric. The production process includes the following steps that 1, 1.8 parts of polyoxyethylene glycol bisstearate, 2-3 parts of styrene and 1.4 parts of lauroyl diethanolamide by mass are placed in 12.6 parts of deionized water by mass and evenly stirred; 2, 2.2 parts of ammonium citrate and 1.3 parts of tetrabutyl titanate by mass are sequentially added and continue to be stirred till all the components are fully and evenly mixed, and finishing liquid is prepared; 3, fabric is pad-rolled in the finishing liquid and dried at constant temperature. According to the production process of the burr fabric, the finished fabric is washable and has the excellent anti-microbial and anti-fouling property. |
