titleOfInvention Method for producing solid biochemical humic acid by use of furfural residue
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing solid biochemical humic acid, especially to a method for producing solid biochemical humic acid by the use of furfural residue. The method comprises the following steps: fermenting furfural residue; extracting biochemical humic acid; adding fermented furfural residue, alkali and water into a No.1 reaction kettle, starting a mixer and slowly adding an antifoaming agent; opening a steam valve, heating materials in the reaction kettle to 55-90 DEG C, and stirring at constant temperature for 0.5-3.5h; stopping stirring after the end of the reaction, putting the materials in the kettle into a No.1 centrifugal machine to centrifuge, and separating a biochemical humic acid solution and extract residue; and putting the centrifuged biochemical humic acid solution into a No.2 reaction kettle. The method of the invention is unique. By the method, field water-holding capacity of soil is enhanced, growth of beneficial microorganisms in soil is promoted, pathogenic microorganisms are inhibited, and the micro-ecological environment of soil is improved.
