titleOfInvention Domestic fungus industrial cultivation matrix prepared by coconut husk, and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a domestic fungus industrial cultivation matrix prepared by coconut husk, and an application thereof. The cultivation matrix comprises, by mass, 5-10 parts of coconut husk, 30-40 parts of corncob, 30-40 parts of rice bran, 5-10 parts of wheat bran, 3-5 parts of corn flour, 5-10 parts of brewer's grains, 5-10 parts of soybean hull and 1-3 parts of shell powder. The water content of the cultivation matrix is 66-68%, and the pH value of the cultivation matrix is 6.2-6.8. The cultivation matrix can be applied in industrial cultivation of domestic fungi. The domestic fungus cultivation matrix prepared in the invention has the advantages of good water retention, permeability and other physical and chemical indexes, low cost, convenience for industrial operation, reduction of the safety risk of foods, realization of high output and good regularity of domestic fungi cultivated by using the matrix, and improvement of the appearance of commodities of the domestic fungi, can be applied in the industrial large-area popularization of the domestic fungi, and has substantial economic, social and ecologic benefits.
