titleOfInvention | Surface modification method and surface modification |
abstract | To provide a method for surface modification of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic resin, which can replace coatings with defects such as separation or peeling of coatings resulting in reduced performance, can provide proteins and cells that exhibit low adsorption or Chemically immobilized surfaces for selective adsorption and excellent durability. The present invention relates to a surface modification method for surface modification of an object made of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic resin, the method comprising: step 1, forming a polymerization initiation point on the surface of the object; and, step 2, using Ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 300-400 nm is irradiated to cause the hydrophilic monomer to undergo radical polymerization from the initiation of the polymerization, so that polymer chains grow on the surface of the object. |
