abstract The invention relates to an anaerobic microbe enrichment culture device. The methane generator (1) is communicated with the air distributing device (3). The air distributing device is communicated with the plurality of DAMO enrichment containers (7) through the plurality of air distributing pipes (5). A motor (4) is arranged above the methane generator (1). The motor can drive propellers extending into the methane generator (1) to rotate to gather generated methane gas. The air discharging device (6) comprises an annular water tank (601), a cover cap (602) and a gas outlet (603). The cover cap (602) covers the annular water tank (601). The lower end of the cover cap is under the liquid level. When the gas pressure in the DAMO enrichment containers (7) is too high, the cover cap (602) is jacked up by the gas pressure, and gas discharging and pressure release are carried out.
