abstract | The invention discloses a novel modified crude oil demulsifier preparing method. According to the method, a certain amount of industrial polyether demulsifier, maleic anhydride and p-toluenesulfonic acid are added to a reaction flask with the mechanical agitation function; nitrogen is introduced, air in the reaction flask is removed, then airtight reaction is conducted, temperature is controlled to be 105-120 DEG C, mechanical agitation is conducted constantly, and the whole reaction process is controlled to be within 2-4 hours; DMC solution and deionized water are added to the reaction flask, initiator is added after even stirring, temperature is reduced to be 50-80 DEG C, and stirring reaction is continued for 3-5 hours so that a raw product can be obtained; a certain amount of acetone is added to the raw product, white sediment is separated out, and the white sediment is dried to obtain modified crude oil demulsifier. The modified crude oil demulsifier prepared with the method is less in dosage than industrial polyether demulsifier, high in water discharge speed and wider in application range. |
