titleOfInvention | Preparing technology for tablet-type doxycycline hyclate |
abstract | The invention relates to a preparing technology for tablet-type doxycycline hyclate. The preparing technology includes the following steps that doxycycline hyclate is grinded into powder through a ball mill, and the powder is dissolved into water to be prepared into a solution A; ethyl cellulose is dissolved into an organic solvent to be prepared into a solution B; the solution A is slowly poured into the solution B on the stirring premise, and an emulsion C is formed after the solution A is dispersed in the solution B; gelatin is dissolved into distilled water in a water bath at the temperature of 60 DEG C to 80 DEG C to be prepared into protective fluid D, and the protective fluid D is ready for use at the constant temperature of 30 DEG C; the emulsion C is dropwise added into the protective fluid D on the stirring premise to form a solution E, the temperature of the water bath is increased from 30 DEG C to 50 DEG C, and stirring is carried out to volatize the organic solvent; then the E is subjected to suction filtration, washing and drying, white-powder-type doxycycline hyclate is obtained, and the doxycycline hyclate powder and an auxiliary material are mixed and pressed into tablets. By means of the preparing technology, the problem that an existing doxycycline hyclate preparation is low in dissolving speed in the preparing process is solved. |
