abstract The invention provides a serum copper detection kit suitable for a full-automatic biochemical analyzer, and relates to the technical field of serum copper direct spectrophotometry detection, in particular to a serum copper detection reagent. The kit is composed of a reagent R1 and a reagent R2. The reagent R1 contains hydrogen peroxide, polysorbate-80, polyethylene glycol octylphenol ether, polyoxyethylene isooctyl phenyl ether, acetic acid-sodium acetate, preservative sodium azide and diethylamine. The reagent R2 contains 3,5-idBr-PADAP and an acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution. The reagent R1 contains polysorbate-80, polyethylene glycol octylphenol ether and polyoxyethylene isooctyl phenyl ether, and the stability of a complex formed by combining Cu2+ and 3,5-idBr-PADAP is remarkably improved.
