The reagent R2 contains 3,5-idBr-PADAP and an acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution. The reagent R1 contains polysorbate-80, polyethylene glycol octylphenol ether and polyoxyethylene isooctyl phenyl ether, and the stability of a complex formed by combining Cu2+ and 3,5-idBr-PADAP is remarkably improved. |
