titleOfInvention Desulphurization method for coking diesel oil by using cholic acid
abstract The invention discloses a desulphurization method for coking diesel oil by using cholic acid including the following steps: (1) adding medicinal dry hawthorn powder or hawthorn water into coking diesel oil, heating and stirring by using a magnetic stirrer, reacting for 60-100 min, removing and cooling to room temperature; (2) adding cholic acid activator in a ratio of 0.05-1:1 (m/v) into coking diesel oil prepared by the step (1), heating at constant temperature and stirring for 1-24 hours in a constant temperature bath; (3) adding catalyst and oxidizing agent into coking diesel oil in turn, performing a catalytic oxidation reaction for 50-100 min in the magnetic stirrer; (4) adding extractant in a ratio of 1:1 (v/v) after cooling to room temperature, stirring for 5-10 min by using the magnetic stirrer, pouring into a separating funnel, standing for 20 min, and collecting the diesel oil layer. The desulphurization method has the advantages of moderate refining reaction condition, high desulfurization rate, high coking diesel oil yield, light color and smell, and is environmental friendly.
