titleOfInvention | Halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PBT composite |
abstract | The invention relates to a halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PBT composite containing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of polybutylene terephthalate, 10-50 parts of alkali-free glass fibers, 3-5 parts of boron nitride, 5-10 parts of silicon dioxide, 3-5 parts of sodium silicate, 5-10 parts of pentaerythrityl tetrastearate, 3-8 parts of ethylene bisstearamide, 10-40 parts of a halogen-free composite flame retardant and 5-15 parts of a toughening agent. The halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PBT composite has a favorable flame-retardant effect because of being made of a halogen-free flame-retardant material, also has relatively high mechanical properties and can completely meet various requirements for halogen-free, environment-friendly, small-sized, complex and stable precision injection molding of electronic and electric products, household appliances, connectors and the like. |
