abstract | The invention discloses a 3D stereo imaging film. The 3D stereo imaging film comprises a protective layer, a 3D stereo imaging layer and a carrier layer, wherein the protective layer is made of a resin material or a composite material thereof, the 3D stereo imaging layer is made of a macromolecular photopolymer imaging material or a silver salt material, and the carrier layer is made of a resin material. One plane of the 3D stereo imaging layer is connected with the protective layer through a first bonding layer, the other plane of the 3D stereo imaging layer is connected with the carrier layer through a second bonding layer, and the first bonding layer and the second bonding layer are made of bonding agents free of solvent. By arranging and selecting the first bonding layer and the second bonding layer, the problem that the 3D stereo imaging layer cannot resist solvent in the processes of in-mold injection molding, in-mold blow molding, 3D card manufacturing, sealing gasket manufacturing, 3C product protective film manufacturing and outdoor label manufacturing are solved, the 3D stereo imaging film is effectively and instantaneously bonded with different plastic materials at high temperature and high pressure, and the problem that the 3D stereo imaging film cannot resist high temperature is solved further by arranging a heat insulation temperature resisting layer. |
