titleOfInvention | High temperature-resistant brake cable with good stability |
abstract | The invention relates to a high temperature-resistant brake cable with good stability. The brake cable comprises an inner tube (1), a tubular layer (2), a first protective layer (3), a strengthening layer (4), a second protective layer (5) and a surface protective layer (6), wherein the inner tube (1) is in a spring curve shape in a length direction and is internally provided with a steel wire, the end part of the steel wire is provided with an endless belt (7), and the surface protective layer is a high temperature-resistant coating. According to the invention, the external layer of the brake cable is not prone to scratch or damage by external force, so the steel wire in the inner tube does not pop out, which guarantees driving safety; the brake cable can automatically retract, which facilitates folding of a vehicle, and the endless belt at the end of the steel wire is used for fixation of the steel wire with a handle, which allows the steel wire not to disengage from the handle, so driving safety is guaranteed; and the surface protective layer is the high temperature-resistant coating, so the brake cable is effectively protected and normal usage of the brake cable is guaranteed. |
