titleOfInvention | Nanometer composite conductive paint and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to nanometer composite conductive paint and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying a carbon nanotube by utilizing concentrated nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid; enabling an in-situ composite reaction between the modified carbon nanotube and aniline by utilizing an ammonium persulfate solution as an initiating agent, so as to prepare a modified carbon nanotube-polyaniline nanometer composite material; preparing the conductive paint by utilizing the modified carbon nanotube-polyaniline nanometer composite material. The process for preparing the conductive paint comprises the following steps: dissolving carboxymethyl cellulose and polyvinyl alcohol in warm water at first, and then adding the modified carbon nanotube-polyaniline nanometer composite material; carrying out high-speed shearing for a certain period of time, and then adding butylbenzene latex, modified starch, a water-resistant agent, an anti-foaming agent, a lubricant and ammonia water in sequence; carrying out high-speed shearing again for a certain period of time to obtain a uniform water-phase dispersion system. The paint has the advantages that the preparation conditions are mild, no new equipment is needed, the preparation process is simple, and the production cost is low. |
