abstract | The invention discloses a method for producing a high-purity qualified product through purification of colored 3-amino-1,2-propanediol with high impurity content. The method comprises the steps of 1, adding 100 Kg 3-amino-1,2-propanediol to a crystallization kettle through an unqualified 3-amino-1,2-propanediol inlet, introducing chilled brine with temperature ranging from -5 DEG C to -10 DEG C through a chilled brine inlet, introducing compressed air with a pressure of 0.2 MPa into the crystallization kettle 60 minutes later, and pressing materials into a first precision filter and then into a decoloration kettle; 2, adding 150 Kg ethanol to the decoloration kettle, conducting stirring for 30 minutes, then conducting steam heating to increase the temperature of the kettle to 50 DEG C 25 minutes later, pressing 3 Kg activated carbon and 2.5 Kg activated clay into the decoloration kettle 3 by means of compressed air with a pressure of 0.25 MPa, and then continuing stirring for 45 minutes at 55 DEG C. |
