titleOfInvention Asphalt cement column and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an asphalt cement column and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of (1) performing thermal treatment on asphalt and an asphalt modifier to prepare modified asphalt; (2) mixing the modified asphalt, cement, stones, sand, polyphenyl ether, nano-Fe3O4, water and a water reducing agent to prepare concrete; (3) pouring the concrete into a steel skeleton, and curing to prepare the asphalt cement column; the asphalt modifier is a mixture of polybutylene, aluminum oxide, dicumyl peroxide and anthracene oil; with respect to 100 parts by weight of polybutylene, the content of the aluminum oxide is 20 to 30 parts by weight, the content of the dicumyl peroxide is 40 to 60 parts by weight, and the using amount of the anthracene oil is 15 to 25 parts by weight. The asphalt cement column prepared through the method has excellent corrosion resistance and high compressive strength.
