titleOfInvention Low-phosphorous 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel manufactured through electric converter and manufacturing method
abstract The invention discloses low-phosphorous 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel manufactured through an electric converter. The low-phosphorous 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel comprises, by mass, 0.30-0.40% of C, 0.35-0.45% of Mn, 1.00-1.25% of Si, 0-0.005% of P, 0-0.005% of S, 5.10-5.6% of Cr, 1.30-1.50% of Mo, 1.00-1.30% of V, and the balance Fe and inevitable other elements. The invention provides a manufacturing method for the low-phosphorous 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel manufactured through the electric converter. The manufacturing method mainly comprises the steps that the steel is melted through the 80-ton ultra-high-power electric-arc converter, process design is conducted, and the content of P in the 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel is stably controlled to be smaller than 0.005%, so that various kinds of performance of the hot work die steel is effectively improved.
