titleOfInvention Exo-selective Synthesis of Hibasin Analogues
abstract Exo-selective synthesis of hepasin analogues. The present application discloses novel methods for the synthesis of hebaxin analogs and the compounds produced therefrom. Alternative routes to this synthesis include the cyclic ketal-amide route, the chiral carbamate-amide route and the chiral carbamate-ester route. The resulting compounds are useful as thrombin receptor analogs. The chemical reactions disclosed herein are exemplified by the following synthetic sequence: (Formula 8A, 7B).
