abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing p-xylene and propylene by utilizing mixed alcohol ethers. The mixed gas of alcohol ethers is contacted with a catalyst in a fluidized bed reactor to carry out catalytic reaction, and the temperature in the fluidized bed reactor is controlled during the catalytic reaction. It is 490~500℃, the pressure is 1.5~2.0MPa, the space velocity of the alcohol-ether mixed gas is 4~4.5h -1 , and the composition of the alcohol-ether mixed gas is 30 parts by weight of methanol, 65 parts by weight of dimethyl ether, and 1.5 parts by weight of Water, 2 parts by weight of C6-C12 hydrocarbons. In the above scheme, in the fluidized bed reactor, the alcohol-ether mixed gas is catalyzed by a catalyst, so that the alcohol-ether mixed gas can be converted into propylene and p-xylene with high selectivity, and the treated oil and gas phase are measured. The ether conversion rate is greater than 99%, the proportion of paraxylene in the xylene is greater than 90%, the ethylene/ethane in the gas phase is greater than 8, the propylene/propane is greater than 8, and the propylene/ethylene is greater than 10. |
