titleOfInvention Efficient sterilization and deodorization method of down feather
abstract The invention relates to the field of antibacterial deodorization of down feather products, especially to an efficient sterilization and deodorization method of down feather. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: Step 1) down feather, nanometer titania and water are uniformly mixed; and Step 2) a mixture obtained from the Step 1) undergoes sterilization and deodorization by microwave. The invention brings forward an efficient sterilization and deodorization method special for down feather. Microwave sterilization is adopted by the method. Microwave sterilization is a novel sterilization technology, by which microwave and nanometer titania are used in combination. The technology has advantages of high sterilization efficiency, fast speed, non-pollution after treatment and the like.
