titleOfInvention Eucommia-ulmoides solid health beverage and preparing method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a eucommia-ulmoides solid health beverage and a preparing method thereof. The eucommia-ulmoides solid health beverage is characterized by being prepared from, by weight, 20 parts to 30 parts of eucommia-ulmoides mixed extract powder, 6 parts to 7 parts of schisandra-chinensis ultra-fine powder, 10 parts to 15 parts of red-date ultra-fine powder, 20 parts to 30 parts of cane sugar, 0.8 part to 1 part of wolfberry ultra-fine powder, 3 parts to 5 parts of pumpkin ultra-fine powder, 0.5 part to 1.5 parts of black tea and 45 parts to 65 parts of soluble starch. The eucommia-ulmoides mixed extract powder is prepared from 10 parts to 15 parts of eucommia-ulmoides leaves and/or eucommia-ulmoides bark, 8 parts to 10 parts of buckwheat sprouts, 1 part to 1.5 parts of eleutherococcus senticosus, 0.5 part to 1 part of rhodiola rosea and 3 parts to 5 parts of honeysuckles; 5% ethanol solutions are added into the mixture in the proportion of 12:1, concentrating and spraying are carried out, and the eucommia-ulmoides mixed extract powder is prepared. According to the eucommia-ulmoides solid health beverage and the preparing method, the medicine and food homology theory of traditional Chinese medicine in China is adopted, eucommia ulmoides is used as main raw materials, medicine-and-food-homology or health-caring traditional dietetic invigoration raw materials such as red dates and schisandra chinensis are used for assisting, the beverage is safe and free of additives, a user can drink the beverage without worrying, and the dietary therapy healthy beverage which is easy to drink and has the multiple effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, improving immunity, reducing blood fat and blood pressure, strengthening bones and muscles, resisting fatigue, being not prone to rotting and the like is prepared.
