The method uses safe and nontoxic degradable materials as coating preservation base materials to carry out double-layer coating treatment on the eggs, improves the safety of products, and effectively prolongs the shelf life of the eggs. The method is helpful for improving the economic benefit of egg products and increasing the egg industry; and the method is simple and convenient to operate, low in production energy consumption and good in application prospect.
