abstract The invention provides a p-type-zinc-oxide-film-contained laser assembly. The laser assembly is characterized in that the assembly comprises a plurality of groups of light bars; and each light bar group is formed by series connection of an even number of laser diodes, wherein the laser diodes are connected by a lead. Each two light bar groups are intersected and are connected in parallel; and the light bar groups are intersected at a central lead. The multiple light bar groups are intersected to form a circular radiation shape; the light bars are uniformly distributed inside the circular radiation shape; and an end point is led out from the central lead and is connected with an external electronic element. According to the invention, the laser diodes are connected in series directly by the lead and each two light bars are connected in parallel, so that the laser assembly can be formed without a PCB; and with the magnesium-arsenic-doped p type zinc-oxide film diodes, the optical qualities of the laser diodes are obviously improved.
