abstract | The invention provides a pair of hybridoma cell strains. The hybridoma cell strains comprise the first hybridoma cell strain and the second hybridoma cell strain which are stored independently. The preservation number of the first hybridoma cell strain is CGMCC NO.10498. The preservation number of the second hybridoma cell strain is CGMCC NO.10496. The invention further provides a double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immune detection kit manufactured from paired monoclonal antibodies secreted by the two hybridoma cell strains. The double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immune detection kit can be used for detecting G2-EPSPS protein and transgenic crops and products thereof. An experiment shows that the linearity range capable of being detected by the kit is 0-1,000 ng/mL, no cross reaction is carried out on CP4-EPSPS, 27 non-GM crops and 14 non-G2-EPSPS genetically modified crops with different sources, and high specificity is achieved. |
