titleOfInvention Chemical Degumming Method of Apocynum Bast Fiber by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide
abstract The invention provides a supercritical carbon dioxide chemical degumming method for apocynum bast fiber, using chemical reagents to degumming it under the state of supercritical carbon dioxide, in terms of mass concentration, the chemical liquid contains NaOH 5g/L, H 2 O 2 2g/L, NaSiO 3 3g/L, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether 0.3g/L aqueous solution, in terms of mass ratio, the ratio of the bast fiber of the apocynum bast fiber to the chemical liquid is 1: 4~6 . The technological conditions of the chemical liquid treatment are 80-120° C., 10-25 MPa, and 60-120 minutes of treatment. The invention has a simple process and solves the problems of conventional chemical degumming such as large consumption of chemical raw materials, great damage to fibers and low output rate of fibers by using supercritical carbon dioxide treatment, and has the remarkable effects of short degumming time, little damage to fibers and no sewage discharge.
