abstract | The invention relates to a long-service life and high-viscosity building material self-adhered protective film. The long-service life and high-viscosity building material self-adhered protective film comprises a surface layer, an interlayer and an internal layer, wherein the surface layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyethylene, 2-4 parts of magnesium stearate, 1-2 parts of an antioxidant 1010, 1-3 parts of butyl p-hydroxybenzoate and 1-2 parts of microcrystalline wax; the interlayer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyethylene, 1-3 parts of barium stearate, 1-2 parts of p-tert-butylphenol, 1-2 parts of tributyl citrate and 0.5-1 part of titanium dioxide; the internal layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of POE(polyolyaltha olfin), 2-4 parts of C9 petroleum resin, 3-5 parts of terpene resin, 1-2 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.5-1 part of ethylene bis stearamide and 10-15 parts of ethylene-propylene polymer. The formula is mild and free of residue, the compatibility among the three layers of structures is good, and the long-service life and high-viscosity building material self-adhered protective film is excellent in anti-tensile strength, anti-puncture strength, weather resistance, decay resistance and scratch resistance, and can maintain relatively high bonding strength and anti-stripping capacity for a long time. |
