abstract The present invention relates to a kind of methods for preparing polyurethane, a kind of polyurethane that can be obtained by the method, and the polyurethane as in coating, cable, plug connector, solar energy module, film, mechanograph, sole and shoes department part, ball and ball part, roller, fiber, automobile ornament, profile member, laminated product and windshield wiper blade, hose, cable connectors, bellows, trailing cable, cable cover(ing), washer, non-woven fabric, band or damping element purposes, wherein the method includes at least following steps:(A) the first polyisocyanates of at least one that at least one polymer polyatomic alcohol is calculated as to 0.1 to 20 mole of % with the total amount based on polyisocyanates contacts, to obtain the prepolymer for basically comprising terminal hydroxy group, and (B) is by the prepolymer of step (A) and at least one second polyisocyanates and optionally other additives contact, to obtain the polyurethane.
