titleOfInvention Method of prepare special anhydrite matured slag through treatment of phosphogypsum in vertical kiln factory
abstract A method of prepare a special anhydrite matured slag through treatment of phosphogypsum in a vertical kiln factory includes the following steps: (1) preparing raw materials; (2) material blending and homogenizing: blending the phosphogypsum, stone coal and waste stone residues according to the mass ratio of (48-75)%:(10-25)%:(15-45)%; (3) moulding: moulding the materials through a moulding machine to obtain rod-like materials being 3-30 mm in diameter, or moulding the materials through a moulding machine to obtain material pellets being 3-30 mm in diameter; and (4) calcination: feeding the rod-like materials or material pellets into a vertical kiln, and calcining the materials at 1000-1350 DEG C for 15-60 min to obtain the special anhydrite matured slag. By means of the method, the phosphogypsum, the waste stone residues and stone coal wastes are fully utilized to prepare the special anhydrite matured slag or a special anhydrite cementing material which is large in market demand. The product is wide in application, is high in additional value, is low in cost and is economical and environment-friendly.
