The complexing agent is prepared from Chinese herbal medicines which have excellent characteristics of being low in side effect, free from residual harmful substances in carp bodies and free from environmental pollution; the complexing agent, with the ingredients thereof, not only can be used for better treating gill edema and hemorrhage but also can be used for preventing the occurrence of other diseases, so as to improve the immunity of carp; the complexing agent is in the forms of solid and liquid, so as to improve carp's physical quality by feeding on one hand and to guarantee carp's growth environment by improving water quality; the complexing agent is significant in effect and high in cure rate which is above 95%, and the complexing agent is capable of significantly improving the survival rate of carp; and the complexing agent disclosed by the invention is simple in proportion, simple and easy in operation, low in cost and applicable to popularization.
