abstract | The invention discloses a location micro-control method for a deep penis dorsal vein. The location micro-control method comprises the steps of (1) incising, namely incising from the root of the dorsal side of a penis to the downside to obtain an incision with the length of about 3cm under local anaesthesia; (2) dressing, namely finding the deep penis dorsal vein and dressing branches of the deep penis dorsal vein by a high-power microscope; (3) injecting, namely ligating two ends of a main body, and then injecting a drug to induce artificial erection; and (4) suturing, namely suturing the incision layer by layer, and carrying out proper pressure bandaging on the penis. The location micro-control method is simple and convenient to operate and capable of effectively solving the problem of sexual life disharmony caused by venous impotence of the male and improving the sexual life quality and has the characteristics of relatively high minimally invasive safety and controllability as well as high precision. |
