The present invention also relates to an extract of Monk Fruit, wherein Mogroside V accounts for 40wt%-50wt% of said Monk Fruit extract, and said extract contains aromatic glycosides in a total of 0-13wt% relative to said Mogroside V, and Relative to the semi-volatile organic compound of the mogroside V 0-15ppm.
