abstract |
The invention discloses a vortex motion prevention steam seal ring, belongs to the field of steam seal of turbomachinery, and solves the problem that airflow vortex motion is caused by different steam leakages due to uneven shaft seal clearance of a steam turbine and other turbomachinery. The vortex motion prevention steam seal ring comprises a serrate type labyrinth gland ring, wherein a plurality of vortex motion prevention guide teeth are arranged on the flowing-in side of a medium flow of the serrate type labyrinth gland ring; the vortex motion prevention guide teeth are arranged on the upstream of stator steam seal teeth of the serrate type labyrinth gland ring; and the guide directions of the vortex motion prevention guide teeth are identical with the rotating shaft direction of a rotor. The vortex motion prevention steam seal ring is mainly applied to the turbomachinery. |
