abstract | The invention relates to a method for aligning iron discharged from a blast furnace and molten iron tanks below the blast furnace. In the process of iron discharging of the blast furnace, an overturning funnel and molten iron tank aligning tractors are in interlocking control, the molten iron tank aligning tractors are remotely controlled by a remote controller, and a rotary encoder is arranged on an output shaft of a speed reducer of each molten iron tank aligning tractor and connected with a tractor aligning control system; during aligning of the molten iron tanks, moving distance of the molten iron tank aligning tractors is calculated according to rotation turns of wheels, and current tank position and tank number information is updated automatically, transmitted into a blast furnace iron discharging control chamber and displayed on an operating panel of the tractor aligning control system. The molten iron tank aligning tractors are adopted to replace an internal combustion locomotive to complete aligning work of the molten iron tanks below the blast furnace, remote aligning is completed through remote control, the molten iron aligning tractors can be controlled by one remote controller, moving of the molten iron tank aligning tractors in the process of iron discharging due to misoperation can be prevented, and equipment and human safety during iron discharging is ensured. |
