abstract | The invention discloses a pemirolast potassium tablet and a production technology thereof. The pemirolast potassium tablet is a film-coated tablet, and is prepared from the following components by weight (grams): 10.0mg of pemirolast potassium, 28-83mg of pregelatinized starch, 20-60mg of lactose, 10-30mg of hydroxypropylcellulose, 1.0-3mg of magnesium stearate, 2-6mg of aerosil and 2.1-6.3mg of a film-coated premixed agent. The pemirolast potassium tablet disclosed by the invention is used for treating the diseases such as bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis, belongs to the second class of the Western medicine, and is a mast cell membrane stabilizer; and release of inflammatory mediators such as histamine and leukotrienes can be effectively suppressed. A clinical research result shows that the medicine is valid and safe on treatment of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma. |
