abstract The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for making up and/or caring for the lips, in the form of a liquid emulsion, comprising: a) at least 5% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, of one or more non-volatile oils ; b) 1 to 30% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, of at least one film former active substance selected from the group consisting of ethylene comprising at least one carbosiloxane dendrimer-based unit base polymer; c) at least 10% by weight of water relative to the total weight of the composition, d) at least one coloring substance. It also relates to a method for making up and/or caring for the lips, wherein said composition described above is applied to the lips. It further relates to a device comprising a container (3; 110) in which a composition according to the invention is packaged and comprising an application member having a porous application surface (14; 120).
