abstract | The invention discloses a method for producing 2, 3-butanediol by fermenting bacillus subtilis. An inventor further studies a method for producing bacillus subtilis SFA-H43 by 3-hydroxy butanone under the preservation number of CCTCC No: M 2013181, and then discovers that in a process of fermenting 3-hydroxy butanone by using glucose when a bacterial strain SFA-H43 is produced, 2, 3-butanediol is generated, the 2, 3-butanediol and the 3-hydroxy butanone can be transformed mutually, in an early stage of fermentation, a main product is the 2, 3-butanediol, and in a later stage of fermentation, the 2, 3-butanediol is transformed into the 3-hydroxy butanone. The inventor adjusts technological parameters of a fermentation medium and a fermentation process, the purpose of transforming the glucose by using the bacterial strain SFA-H43 to accumulate a large amount of 2, 3-butanediol is achieved, and the yield can reach 110-120g/L. |
