abstract | The invention provides photo-curing thermo-curing composition ink. The ink is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 10-70 percent of photo-curing dilute alkaline water soluble resin of which molecules contain carboxyl and unsaturated double bonds, 2-20 percent of unsaturated monomer, 15-35 percent of organic solvent, 2-20 percent of epoxy resin, 0.1-5 percent of epoxy curing accelerant, 0.1-15 percent of photo-polymerization initiator, 10-70 percent of filler, 0-50 percent of pigment and 0.1-5 percent of a defoaming agent, and can further comprise flatting agent, antioxidant and adhesion promoter. The composition is applied to a solder mask protection insulating layer of a circuit board, and has good heat resistance, developing performance, stability of viscosity after mixing and the like. |
