The invention provides a PE (Polyethylene) water supply pipe material. The PE water supply pipe material is prepared from the following raw materials in a certain weight ratio: linear low-density polyethylene, polydicyclopentadiene, ethylene propylene diene monomer, mono-alkoxy unsaturated fatty acid titanate, dicumyl peroxide, p-benzoquinone dioxime, tocopherol acetate, aluminum distearate, zinc isocaprylate, ethoxylated lauramide, calcium montanate, nickel powder, 1,3:2,4-bis(3,4-Dimethylbenzylidene)sorbitol, carnauba wax, glycerol monostearate, carbide slag, calcium hexaluminate, brucite nano fiber, polypropylene glycol adipate, filling master batch, tetra-hexadecanol bisphenol-A diphosphite, dilauryl thiodipropionate and clay nano composite. The PE water supply pipe material provided by the invention has very good corrosion resistance, flexibility, low-temperature resistance and high-temperature resistance, and the rapid crack growth fracture toughness is high; and due to the added master batch and clay nano composite, the compression resistance of the PE water supply pipe material can be good. |
