titleOfInvention 6-aminopurine conjugate and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a 6-aminopurine conjugate (also called adenine, a phosphate of which is vitamin B4), having the general formula shown below. The 6-aminopurine conjugate is composed of 6-aminopurine hapten and a carrier keyhole limpet hemocyanin which generates immunogenicity, wherein n is a number of 6-aminopurines combined with the single keyhole limpet hemocyanin and is an integer from 1 to 20, and KLH refers to the keyhole limpet hemocyanin, having a molecular range of 45KDa to 130KDa. The invention further discloses a synthetic preparation method of the conjugate; the conjugate capable of inducing an animal immune system to generate antibodies is prepared by coupling the 6-aminopurines and the carrier capable of generating immunogenicity. The method has the advantages of simplicity, quickness, specificity and accurateness; a broad application prospect is provided for the preparation of vitamin B4 or other 6-aminopurine derivatives enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay reagents using the conjugate.
