titleOfInvention | Silicate glass ceramic fluorescent powder and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of LED lighting technology and especially relates to a silicate glass ceramic fluorescent powder and its preparation method. The invention is characterized in that chemical composition of the material is a1A2O-a2BO-a3C2O3-a4SiO2: xMnO, yTm2O3. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: (1) weighing oxides or salts of ion at a stoichiometric ratio according to the chemical composition; (2) mixing the oxides or salts of ion weighed in the step (1) and grinding to obtain a uniformly-ground mixture; (3) putting the uniformly-ground mixture obtained in the step (2) into a muffle furnace to heat to 1400-1500 DEG C at the heating rate of 0.5-2 degrees per minute and keeping at 1400-1500 DEG C for 1-3 h until the uniformly-ground mixture is molten to obtain molten glass; (4) rapidly pouring the molten glass molten in the step (3) into the air to form glass; and (5) putting the glass prepared in the step (4) into a muffle furnace to undergo heat treatment at 500-700 DEG C for 3-6 h until crystal particles grown inside the glass so as to obtain the glass ceramic. |
