titleOfInvention Production method of broad-spectrum type heavy metal ion polymeric chelating agent
abstract The invention provides a production method of a broad-spectrum type heavy metal ion polymeric chelating agent. The production method includes the steps of adding materials and adjusting the dropping speed and the temperature of carbon disulfide. In the step of adding the materials, the molecular ratio of polyethylene imine to the carbon disulfide is 1:0.538-0.588, the using amount of a catalyst 4-dimethylaminopyridine is 0.04-0.18% of the weight of the polyethylene imine, and the using amount of a catalyst 1-(3-dimethylamino propyl)-3-ethyl carbodiimide hydrochloride is 0.09-0.23% of the weight of the polyethylene imine. The density of the chelating agent produced through the production method is 1.07-1.13 g/ml at the temperature of 25 DEG C, the pH value of the chelating agent (10% aqueous solution) is 10.5-11.4, the viscosity of the chelating agent is 80-90 mPa*s at the temperature of 25 DEG C, and low-temperature stability and heat resistance are good; the chelating agent is used for processing various heavy metal ions, and the clean-up effect is obvious.
