titleOfInvention | Zinc oxide impurity removal device |
abstract | The invention discloses a zinc oxide impurity removal device relating to the field of ceramics. The technical scheme is proposed in order to solve the technical problem that glaze slurry contains a great number of large-particle impurities. The zinc oxide impurity removal device comprises a hopper, an impurity removal mechanism and a material receiving tank, wherein the impurity removal mechanism comprises a plurality of chutes and sieve slots; the chutes are arranged obliquely and are vertically and sequentially arranged; the inclination directions of every two adjacent chutes are opposite; the bottoms of all the chutes are respectively connected with the sieve slots which are provided with a plurality of sieve pores; the upper end parts of the chutes are arranged below the sieve slots; the material receiving tank is arranged below the bottommost sieve slot; and the hopper is arranged above the upper end part of the topmost chute, so that the technical effect of physical impurity removal on the glaze slurry is achieved. |
