QZ042 of marine fungi umbrella branch using deposit number as CGMCC No.8101 is used as fermentation strain, liquid fermentation obtains fermentation culture medium, separate mycelium and zymotic fluid, mycelium is taken to be extracted with the mixed solvent being made up of ethyl acetate, methanol and acetic acid, leaching liquor concentration gained.Applicants experimentally found that, hypha extract of the present invention has preferable antibacterial activity to bacteriums such as Escherichia coli, Bacillus cercus, nicotianae, klebsiella and vibrio parahaemolytious, the double spores of, hair mould to bulk bacteria, rod method are mould and the fungi such as stem canker has obvious bacteriostasis, are provided for the new antibacterium of research and development, antifungal drug and screen medicine.
