titleOfInvention Method for detecting concentration of phosphine in aqueous solution
abstract The invention relates to a method for detecting concentration of phosphine in an aqueous solution. The method comprises steps as follows: (1) the absorbance of a reference solution is detected and the average value is used as a zero point; (2) under the condition of PH ranging from 6 to 8, the to-be-detected aqueous solution is mixed and reacts with an aqueous solution of MTS or a PBS (phosphate buffered saline) solution of the MTS, a mixed solution A after the reaction is obtained, the absorbance of the A is detected, parallel determination is performed for at least three times, and the average value is taken; (3) if the average value of the absorbance of the A has no significant difference from the average value of the absorbance of the reference solution, the to-be-detected aqueous solution contains no phosphine; if the average value of the absorbance of the A has the significant difference from the average value of the absorbance of the reference solution, the detected absorbance is compared with an absorbance-concentration curve, and the concentration of the phosphine in the to-be-detected aqueous solution is obtained. The detection method is convenient, quick, high in sensitivity and specificity and suitable for quick on-site and laboratory detection of the phosphine.
