The invention also discloses the solid fermentation culture method of the saccharomyces cerevisiae and the application of the solid fermentation culture. The saccharomyces cerevisiae strain has the advantages of high biomass, stable passage and the like; in solid fermentation, the yield of metabolites such as amino acids and organic acids is higher than that of other yeast solid fermentation products. Applying the solid fermentation culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae BLNJ03 to grass carp can significantly improve growth indicators, digestion indicators and immune indicators; applying it to dairy cows can increase milk production; applying it to beef cattle and mutton sheep can significantly improve their production performance.
