abstract | The invention discloses an acetoacetic acid group modified hyperbranched hydroxy polymer and an aqueous polyurethane dispersion liquid containing the polymer and having room temperature cross-linking and anti-formaldehyde functions, and preparation methods and an application of the polymer and the dispersion liquid. The structure of the hyperbranched hydroxy polymer is represented by formula (I) shown in the specification; and in the formula (I), HBP is a hyperbranched hydroxy polymer skeleton molecule, R is selected from a C1-C10 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a C1-C10 substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group and a combination of the alkyl group and the cycloalkyl group, x+y is not smaller than 3 and not greater than the total number of functional groups of the hyperbranched hydroxy polymer, x and y are natural numbers, and x is not smaller than 1 and not greater than 8. Tge polyurethane water dispersion is obtained through modifying the polyurethane molecule skeleton with the hyperbranched hydroxy polymer, and the polyurethane water dispersion is introduced to aqueous coating compositions, so the obtained coating compositions can be used in powdery coatings, automobile coatings, woodenware paints, heavy duty anticorrosion and coiled steel and have other general industrial uses. The polymer and the dispersion liquid can increase the hardness, the adhesion, the scuff resistance and the chemical corrosion resistance of a paint film, and have the anti-formaldehyde special function. |
