titleOfInvention Fever-reducing pain-alleviating anti-inflammatory aspirin composition granules
abstract The invention relates to fever-reducing pain-alleviating anti-inflammatory aspirin composition granules, and belongs to the technical field of medicines. The composition granules are prepared from aspirin, dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, aluminum hydroxide, povidone K30, 95 percent ethyl alcohol and talcum powder. The aspirin is a new crystal form compound; the X-ray powder diffraction pattern obtained by measuring the aspirin by using Cu-K alpha rays is shown as figure 1; the aspirin is different from that reported in the prior art; experiments show that the granules prepared by the aspirin new crystal form compound have high stability, and lower content of free salicylic acid; moreover, along with the prolonging of storage time, the content of the free salicylic acid is not increased obviously, so that adverse reaction of a medicine to gastrointestinal tracts is greatly reduced.
